Mark Fisher is a developer and architect whose primary specialization has been in content management and semantic search technologies. He has designed, implemented, and delivered solutions for multiple industries including media, financial services, and government.

He is driven by the challenge of finding elegantly simple and efficient solutions to complex problems. Therefore, he takes particular satisfaction in planning and executing refactoring projects. In order to achieve this, he advocates agile methodologies, test-driven development, continuous integration, and of course lightweight frameworks such as Spring.

Mark holds numerous certifications from IBM, Sun, and Oracle and is co-author of "Semantic Enterprise Content Management" in The Practical Handbook of Internet Computing.

Mark joined Interface21 as a software consultant at the beginning of 2006.
