Erik is the driving force behind implementing the Test Driven Development methodology within the Dutch premium brand software house JTeam. Erik has introduced Continuous Integration at many quality driven JTeam customers and has authored training material on Unit Testing that is licensed by a worldwide training organization. He also acts as a trainer for the same course. Erik evangelises pragmatic life cycle management of project builds and a pragmatic approach to Agile development methodologies within the development process. Erik has extensive experience with the use of the Spring Framework within complex application architectures and continuous integration environments.
